I was offered a job at walmart, but I found another job, what should I say to walmart that I'm not interested and still be elligable for rehire in the future?

Just politly decline and tell them that something else has come up. no need to say "ha screw you!!" or anything like that. They're not going to mind, there's a million other people needing jobs

The best thing to do is absolutely contact them as soon as possible, thank them for the opportunity and tell them you've found something else.

Be polite and professional because you never know what the future holds.

Depends, if the person you interviewed with provided their phone number, I'd call them. If not, then go in person.
