This is a song by the band Muse, it is on their album Black Holes and Revelations. It is written to all the world leaders such as former president Bush as it was released during his presidency. Since this is my first post this is the only place I can put it. So I thought i should share it with everyone here at ATS. I hope you enjoy!
Here is a link to the song couldn't figure out how to embed it.

Lyrics:
Corrupt
You corrupt
And bring corruption to all that you touch

Hold
You'll behold
And beholden for all that you've done

Spell
Cast a spell
Cast a spell on the country you run

And risk
You will risk
You will risk all their lives and their souls

And burn
You will burn
You will burn in hell
Yeah, you'll burn in hell
You'll burn in hell
You'll burn in hell for your sins

Oh, our freedom's consuming itself
What we've become
Is contrary to what we want
Take a bow

Death
You bring death
And destruction to all that you touch

Pay
You must pay
You must pay for your crimes against the earth

Hex
Feed the hex
Feed the hex on the country you love

And beg
You will beg
You will beg for their lives and their souls

Yeah, and burn
You will burn
You will burn in hell
Yeah, you'll burn in hell
You'll burn in hell
Yeah, you'll burn in hell
You'll burn in hell
Yeah you'll burn in hell for your sins

If you are looking for music that is politically and current event driven, you should check out anti-flag. They are incredible.

It was definitely funny but not sure if it fits in with my tastes.

I'm no longer on either side of the pendelum of left rightist bs.

I have to admit though some of these videos and songs are just hysterically funny!

Personally I feel it's like a more to the point and peaceful version of some of disturbed songs, or a less shaky version of SOAD

www.youtube.com...

Like this but less shaky, and more peacefull and elequant.

I dig it. However, I think there are plenty of songs out there that blanket these subjects. That is why i gravitate toward anti-flag for political music....they've got songs with titles like "Project for a New America Century" and "Operation Iraqi Liberation(O.I.L.)"

They dont beat around the bush whatsoever.

Also, check out "Megalomaniac" by Incubus. That song is written directly about GWB.

I like the song. Muse makes some good tunes. Living under the rule of our former President was a strange time . . . no doubt. It really was hard to describe, just the constant feeling of inner-dread. At least in myself. I don't know how you all felt? Oh yeah, I still feel the same. It seems now, it's a re-run with different actors.

Before I forget, check out the song titled "American History X," by Ill Bill. He does a good job painting the picture of what was the GWB years, and while your at it, check out "Society is Brainwashed," by Ill Bill as well. I think you folks will like it. On a parting note: keep in mind, the music is hip hop and I don't know what your tastes are. Anyway, give the songs an ear and let me know what you all think.
