Here is GE going wholesale into Nigeria and basically getting all the contracts to build .. well .. everything in Nigeria.

In his remark after the signing ceremony, the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Chief Michael Kaase Aondoakaa, who signed on behalf of Federal Government, said Nigeria was tired of doing business with companies that are corruption-prone and specialises in inducing her officials with cash-for-contracts, stating that henceforth such dubious contractors would not get Nigerian visa to enter the country.

Translation - "GE have bought the government out completely - we will be blocking entry by any other corporation, GE now holds a complete monopoly."

Funny.

I wonder how much cash this contract cost?

Speaking from experience, most of Africa deals this way.

I believe whoever is paying them the most money is not corruption prone. This time it's GE.

The corruption is inducing Her Officials, not her. She is tired of getting cut out of the deals.
