Its not just the caffeine they put in these drinks its everything else.

Have you tried to meditate after drinking this crap? Don't bother its near on impossible

Anything that interferes with our bodies in a way that is not natural IMO is bad for you.

These sort of drinks and any diet beverage or anything with Aspartame is on my avoid radar along with anti perspirants

Of course don't take my word for it look for yourself
