Will throw myself off
Off track...not about touching
About losing touch

I woke in a field
snot-nosed little boy, barefoot
snow reflecting lights

Bloody nose again
You clumsy little bumpkin
You scared us to death!

We're tired of your lies
There's nothing out there .... AGAIN
The dogs didn't even wake

Four hours 'till sunup
We should be sleeping right now!
I weren't so tired, I'd........

Boy, you coulda died
There's bear out there as you know
You'd make a good snack

You know we love you
Butcha can't keep leavin' home
Makin' us worry

I woke in a field
s***-scared little boy, barefoot
snow reflecting lights

tales from the mountain
hear it say I told you so
feel it nod and sigh

long way to go for
cold rooms and voiceless shadow
still waiting on ghosts

my time spoken for
all mine and not turns to me
follow myself there

what will I say then?
wrong is where and why I went
those wrong questions asked

fall away from flame
turn and let it go again
I see tomorrow

I know they're not supposed to rhyme

may the God of Haiku have mercy on my soul

:-)

Tall grass green glass pools
Fire bright tigers lit within
Blake should ask again

Eye flight trick of light
Stand between me and the night
Tiger clings to when

She moves on long gone
Longing swallows Tiger’s song
All lamenting then

silly me
