A national network of cameras and computers automatically logging car number plates will be in place within months, the BBC has learned.

10 million registration plates scanned everyday .. by software that knows what it is looking for ..
this system has been going up all over the UK disguised as Motorway widening.

And so the automatic scanning and tagging of the populace begins ...

They threaten an old man , they will prosecute him under terrorism act .

Every journey you make is logged and held for 2 years!!! not just criminals EVERYONE!!!


No one regulates this .. no ONE .. this is disgusting ..

Scary stuff. And keeping the data for 2 years, and recording the fact that man was at a ant-war demonstration, should not be allowed. How does that fall within traffic enforcement.

You fellows have some real problems there in the UK, David Icke is right.

Another small step to controlling and restricting free will.

I can't say that I blame people who go around smashing cameras. There's a little bit of spirit in many of us who want to fight the man.

Well this is very common in the Netherlands and Germany, especially Germany with their toll-system for trucks. The system in Germany is mounted at every ramp and junction on every autobahn.
