Not at all, it doesn't debunk any such thing at all, actually. The finding is not a Link between Primats and Humans, and thus, does not disprove the concept of Aliens creating Man by blending their DNA with Homo Erectus, as is suggested in ancient legends.

Also, as others have said, a 47 million year old Lemur creature has nothing to do with ET. There just isn't enough information and too many HUGE time gaps (i.e. between lucy and lemur) to draw any additional conclusions on the theory of evolution. So using Lemur to buttress any "evolution over ET theory" is just more speculation.
