I am not sure about others, but anytime the government acknowledges a problem (even a small one) or a shortcoming of their own doing... I have to look at reasons for them doing so.

For one, do you really think the military, with all their reliance on GPS targeting, maneuvering and even the "land warrior" project... would not have a plan with their GPS systems?

The other thought is, when do we really get the full truth on government blunders? Half truths and subterfuge are usually the name of the game in this world.

Could it be more of an interference or even disruption from sunspots in the future, that TPTB are firmly aware is coming... but not wanting to raise a panic of any sorts yet.

For me, it is rather convenient that this "federal watchdog" group is getting this info so early before anything happens. It is really not that hard to slip your own brand of information to those that are "watching" you.

Or, I could just be paranoid.
