the arizona republic newspaper reports people seeing this and reports no weather baloons in the area. looked like the gigantic bubble from the Wizard of Oz

It could be a star though, and he never zooms in, so its just a fairly bright light in the distance...

I'm noticing a pattern though, everyone who has a camera and sees a ufo, has parkinsons disease also! (no offense M J Fox we love you)

I just checked Stellarium and Venus is visible in the Northwest sky just as he mentions...around 4 pm or so.
