' Killer Chip ' tracks humans , release poisons

You can run, but you cannot hide ... and if you try, one push of a button will cause a lethal poison to immediately begin flowing through your body.

That's the Orwellian future a Saudi inventor was seeking to bring to Germany until that nation's patent office announced last week it was rejecting his request to patent what has been dubbed the "Killer Chip."

A semiconductor chip to be surgicaly implanted into the body. The device would be tracked by sattelites, and could be used on tracking "fugitives, terrorists , criminals ,Political Opponents ". What is disturbing about this patent request is aside from the ability of tracking , this chip will also have the ability to kill the individual through poison . I'm sure that even though Germany has refused this patent request, this individual will find a country that will , mabe the U.S.

Well that's some scary stuff there! If the USA did decide to use it I guess a lot of people would be implanted with one, the laws are so vague and open to interpretation at times it would really make this a free for all. Why the heck would anyone want to invent this anyway?
