I would think it hasn't been used as we would be racking up many more "kills". Also we would have caught some of the bigger fish by now or much sooner.

I think it will be a tool to use, just like nanotech recon devices. They are working on insect sized Remote controlled eavesdropping devices. Talk about a fly on the wall..............

The west stands by and watches while the Saudi's experiment with this technology. They don't want to do it themselves because it is simply unthinkable here. But the powers here do want to see how it works. They want someone else to have their hands dirty, meanwhile they watch and learn.

And as we all get desensitized -- zap -- it gets introduced world wide as a marvelous new tool for public safety.

Bit by bit it is coming to your nearby hospital, doctor's office, health clinic ....... police station, government office ...... I hope by that time I will be in the netherworld biding my time and not even thinking about being reborn into such craziness.
