Of course, but that does not implicate General Electric's NBC of wrong doing.
General Electric owns NBC, which reports on the war - apparently in a biased fashion. General Electric makes weapons that are used in the war. One comes to the conclusion that General Electric inapporpriately uses NBC.
This is circumstantial evidence. Direct evidence would be a person or document that directly implicates General Electric's leadership purposefully using NBC to sell weapons.
