Last summer I went from one metal festival to another, after that I desided I wanted to try and write my own metal lyrics and this is the result of my first attempt. It's based on a true story.
I never did anything with it though

so all you metal fans out there, let me know what you think of it

I'm no lyric expert but to me it's spot on, a very clear image is portrayed in my mind.. While it seemingly refers to the past years, it's actually ageless, I guess. Very touching.
Also heard some different melodies for certain lines.

Does it come with a melody and/or metrum yet? I think it deserves to :]

I can hear a melody in my head, but I'm not a musician, I don't even play an instrument so putting music behind it would be a job for someone else, if someone is ever willing to do so
