Hello everyone!

I just happened to find myself in a turmoil of discussion of the ALTA 1309 Report.
There is a text version of it too.

-How credible is it?
-What do you know about this stuff?
-Do you have the print?
-Do you believe in it?
-Do you share its negative insight into the future?

As i am told if the ALTA Report is copied here it will mess up webbot.

The reeport can now be found in the cloned thread in RATS Section.

R.A.T.S. stands for :

Really Above Top Secret.

In RATS webserch engines are not able to access data.

Thus its webot safe...

You will need 5000 points to join RATS trhough the ATS Store, plus 250 points every beggining of the month. So if you join now its not so much value for points....... i never bothered about that

Well, your a whole lot closer pointswise. Apparently you can host a couple podcasts and have the points required to get in.

here's an exerpt from the link above:

If you do a couple of podcasts on the subject you will be able to enter RATS.
It's sort of a super shortcut for newer members and a way to get your voice heard by the masses. While I never have taken this advantage, it is out there for all.

After you get access, Infinite and I will personally show you all of the secret handshakes and code words to use. It will be swell.

It's not worth it anyway.... just had a look (even though i find it laughable) and it really isn't as bad as is being made out.

You hear people saying it's so bad that it's unprintable...

I mean.... i don't even know if this is the REAL version or not.


But this is certainly nothing like as bad as people have made out...

It's actually quite boring

Does anything ever live up to the hype? I've been hunting for this report for ages now, it seems, and I just know it can't be worth all the effort I've put in.

That doesn't stop me from wanting it badly.

As for it being available in RATS, ah, well, such is life. I can't picture myself being able to get in there. I've been lurking around here for ages, signed up a few weeks back and this is just my second post, I'm not too talkative.

I guess I'll just keep hunting and wishing.

I got what Cassandra had on You Tube (she said that she read it) but its nothing I didn't already have. There were some transcripts from various UTube videos but no Part 6 text.

Thinking about actually purchasing it from HPH but its steep...
