High UFO sighting rate?

Well i was just wondering and thinking... Why are there some areas that have higher UFO sighting rate then others? Could the ET's be staying around in the same area? Or maybe are people more bored in certain areas and have nothing better to do with thier time? Any theories on why this may be?

i'm not really sure if what i'm about to say is totally true, but here it goes. most places with a high ufo rate likely have a military base, spiritual area, and/or high drug use. well it seems logical. are sightings above average at the pyramids, stonehenge, etc.

Military bases definetly make sense because maybe half of the "UFO sightings" are really new gov. aircrafts? Just another theory iv heard discussed. Haha, high drug useage works to!
