Sure, it looked better (the 90's remake), but didn't have the same charm as the original, which is of course, why it tanked... Still, wouldn't mind having them all on DVD....

Yesterday my six year old watched some of the SciFi channel marathon of the original T.V. series. He loved it!
...Until bedtime when he was freaking about the "lizard men" - the Sleestak (sp?) He swears they are real and no amount of logic will persuade him otherwise. He's never been afraid of anything on T.V. before, not that we ever let him watch inappropriate material. Who knew? Now I feel terrible for letting him watch it.
