Just chirping back in to thank everyone for their advice.

I've read every response and will add some of your "tricks of the tirade" (sic) to my quiver.

I will attempt to tweak my "sweet spot" with more logic and fewer sarcastic barbs.

(I think I can, I think I can, I know I can, I know I can. -The Little Engine that could.)

Thanks - A - Million......Kinda Kurious

kinda kurious, I created this thread with newer members, like you, in mind.

Making High-Quality Threads : Ask and I'll Point You In The Right Direction

Civility and decorum are often hard for new people who do not "know the ropes" so to speak.

High-quality threads include decorum and civility, as well as using words to formulate an intelligent opinion.

Civility and decorum are as rare a commodity in virtual life as it is in real life. I joined ATS for many reasons but one above the rest. Despite the subject matter, seasoned members post their views in non-combative, non-aggressive language. Many of them are super-intelligent sounding and a little intimidating to ones like me who are only slightly above average intelligence. I love the civility and maners displayed here and hope it never changes.
