Okay,

I often hear Jamaicans refer 2 others(usually 2 other Jamaicans) as "Bombo Clads." "look ad'em bomboclads mun.."

So, if there are any Jamaicans in the house, what exactly is a "bombo clad?"

I had a Jamaican friend in high school, and his moms used to call him a bombo clad, usually when she'd bitch at him 4 something......so I'm guessing it's an expression to go screw or sumthing........I don't know.....

I was working in Jamaica about 7 years ago and never heard the term Bombo Clads.

But I did hear the term "rude boys' used a lot when discussing young men.

Hope an explanation is found. I'm curious.

Here you go...

Bomboclaat:
"Common Jamaican expletive" that is used in either extremes of excitment or sadness or vexation at a person or just as an expression.

1. Why the bomboclaat you don't leave me alone?
2. Bomboclaat! what a girl look sweet!
3. I can't believe they actually did it to bomboclaat.
