President Sarkozy of France may Disclose in 2010, page 1

So I was watching this guy's video on youtube, and he goes on about what this guy said at the most recent X-Conference @ the National Press Club, which he plays a clip of, which basicly states that Obama is going to disclose in 2010-2012 unless Sarkozy decides to do it sooner, which he very well may, according to the guy's information. In this he goes over his bit of information that would make him think this, and I felt it pertinent to share with the ATS community, specifically because I did a search prior and found no mention of this whatsoever, not even the conference bit.

So, what do you think, will France beat the U.S.A. to the disclosure punch? If Europeans disclose, do you think they'd do it differently than the U.S. would, like by showing the masses a live ET or interdimensional being parading as an ET? That would make world news to say the least..
