Well at the moment , no one needs to work. Sure , people must work. Not everyone HAS to tho.

I imagine a future where those who want to fill their days with work do so , and those who wish to go about their lives normally get paid less to stay at home not working. (like centrelink)

Why work? Why not , i mean , work is getting easier and easier and shorter hours. Machines do most of it for us , soon there will be people that just press buttons and read the paper for most of the day.

Good question tho , who knows how things will turn out
