16 year old boy arrested under Patriot Act.

This story seems pretty disturbing if you ask me. This 16 year old boy was arrested by the FBI under the "authourity" of the Patriot Act. This boy has now been langiushing in a corrections facility for 2 months, and it doesn't seem that he has been officially charged with a crime or even seen a lawyer.

Is this how it begins? Governement agencies using the Patriot Act as an excuse to round up suspected "terrorists" and jail them indefinitely? What is a terrorist? I've never really liked using the term "terrorist", as the term is open to interpretation and can be changed to suit one's own ends.

Will critics of the government, bloggers, dissenters have the FBI or DHS be breaking down our doors arresting law abiding citizens under the veil of "terrorism", and have all our rights stripped away?
