Now, as I said before, an object large enough to appear about 1/4 the apparent diameter of the Sun, and close enough to now be "hiding" behind the sun, would be causing major disruptions to the orbits of the planets. From what I have read lately on the web, there are indeed major disruptions in the outer planets' orbits. I do not care to speculate on the merits of this photo, but it is interesting. Add to that the announcement by NASA of an incoming huge object, and then their sudden silence. Perhaps they are just in awe...

The hundreds of amateur astronomers are not in the southern hemishpere, where this is purportedly visible. Perhaps some in Australia? The claim of the appearance of Nemesis at this exact time would have to be such an extreme coincidence, or, another piece fitted into the large jigsaw puzzle. I have to confess, I am rather intrigued...

If this is anything other than an optical illusion or hoax then why can't anyone else see this?

This is no different to a video that was posted up last year on YouTube in this thread: www.abovetopsecret.com...

It was debunked as nothing more than a double image of the Sun caused by filming it through a double glazed window, the exact same thing is happening in this video. Hell, you don't even need to observe the Sun through a double glazed window to get this effect, view the picture below.

In that picture you can also see whispy clouds going through the top half of the double image of the Sun. This happens, as some people have already said, because the reflected image is not as bright as the real image making it appear as though it's behind the clouds, in other words, it's an optical illusion.

You can even get the same effect if you film/photograph the Moon. Image below.

Seriously, some of you need to educate yourself on how cameras/optics/lenses work before writing such nonsense. If you still want to see two Suns in the sky then I suggest you move to Tatooine!

I have seen this light in the sky for 3 weeks. It moves in a way that I can't justify. My father, an Avionics Specialist, Department of the Navy, previously Air Force Academy, is in the bag with me on this... It moves backwards, high speed, circles, left and right. Still, for long periods as if it's "hovering"... Someone tell me what this is. *Snip*

thats not quite the same. the brightness of the second object is the same brightness as the first. in all of your pictures the second object is dimmer than the first.

THIS IS a KIND of LENS FLARE!

I've seen this so many times in video and photography...

Also, it could be a kind of mirage, due to humidity in the atmosphere, it happens a lot also on the desert (or dry areas, whatever), There are some people who see ships far sailing in the sand, they are just seeing ships alright, but these are about 300 miles away and by reflexion and refraction of the atmosphere it looks like it's about a mile away only!
I believe it happens when there's humidity on the higher layers of the atmosphere and these make it work like a mirror in the sky, reflecting and "replacing" the sight of an object much closer than it really is!

P.S. : This nibiru thing about seeing IT from earth is a lot of B.S.
It would be detected by far more time even from amateur atronomers.
It would have appeared in our skies some kind of strange light in the dusk or sunset as a strange or illumination. Some people still confuse it with venus... DOOOOOH!
A thing such like nibiru would never have a size that big in comparison to the sun (in witch it appears with the same size AS the sun)

Still don't understand why people give sutch a trouble as to Nibiru!
There may be something but it will never appear as these pics, movies or whaterver it is, for when it comes and if it comes we'll all see it!!!

i wasnt implying it was.i havent gotten involved in the whole nibiru debate. but if you had gone to soho on the day of the post(im not sure if you can pull up past images)you could see the anomally on the right side of the sun.there was a twisting prominence eruption on that day which was said to have twisted and expelled into space as a ball shaped object. i was wondering what such an event would look like to someone who was observing it at the time.

Why is this in "Aliens and UFO's" and not "Conspiracies"? I really don't want to offend anyone, but it's hard enough searching through all the "UFO/Alien" topics to find actual plausible events. When stuff like this "Planet X" garbage gets thrown in here, it makes it exponentially more difficult to do any kind of research.

That my friend, is the result of a cosmic ray impacting the SOHO camera or CCD (Charge-Coupled Device). Those "wings" are not real. They are simply electrons that overflowed inside the CCD itself, also known as 'blooming'. The cosmic rays and bright objects give the same shape every time because what's happening is inside the CCD, not on the sky. It's happend in many SOHO images.

no it wasnt lasco3 it was all of the eit shots. there was clearly a round object either going behind the sun or coming off its surface.and as i have said before i dont have a stance on planet x(nibiru).i was trying to say that i thought it was a solar activity. there was a prominence eruption on or around that date. it was said to have gone like 250000 miles off the surface and at one point was shaped like a ball,and had the brightness of the sun itself. i am just speculating what a possible cause was.
