That's just splendid.

If we're going to use nuclear fuel, (and i am not saying we should not) then it needs to be handled properly. The mistakes that were made could have cost people their lives. Why were safe conditions not maintained?

Apparently, the National Nuclear Security Administration is disputing the claims with the Energy Department's inspector general.

So, two government entities disputing each other. I doubt we'll ever know exactly what went on here once the "favor for a favor" part is over with.

The Savannah Morning News, nor any of the news casts are reporting this. I'm not saying that the general news should be trusted, but no one is running with this story. That's just me talking, but.........
