Can anyone out there control the weather?

Please i have to know i need help with it



I've seen it done but not mastered.

Search for all the HAARP threads.

i know its possible I've done it but unfortunatly i can only do it when I'm angery otherwise it goes with my emotions. Any tips.

OH! My misunderstanding as I thought you ment ANY way to control the weather. Short of a rain dance you got me.

Sorry, no "magic" rituals here, but a (possible) practical methid to make rain might be through Wilhelm Reich's work on "Cloudbusting" (if you want to make rain, which in SA you *might*??)

"Reich made an analogy between a lightning rods and cloudbusters: both discharge orgone from the sky (lightning was believed to be a super-dense bolt of electricity and orgone), except whereas a lightning rod does so in the fraction of a second, the cloudbuster extends its influence over tens of minutes -- an hour is the usual draw duration. Though lightning rods channel much greater magnitudes of energy than cloudbusters, it is not difficult to see why a cloudbuster produces a more apparent change in shape of a cloud than lightning rods do. I think this has been brought up and there are tested methods to modify the weather. It is impossible to make a control for weather modification tests so no "scientific " conclusions can be made. It does appear if not obviuos that cloud seeding works.

I am strongly opposed of any weather modification especially things like trying to weaken hurricanes. There have to be consequences to messing with the atmosphere dynamics like that.

my friend told me of a time he and his bro were doing acid on the pac. coast. they started wavingt their arms in a certain direction and the clouds out over the sea started coming closer to them, moved their arms in other direction, the clouds went further away. i've had some similar experiences with weather while on lsd. so i'd recommend trying acid in your magical pursuits.

While you're doing your magic can you give Florida a lot of good to epic big waves too. Im stuck here till i make some money and it would be greatly appreciated.

To be honest i've never tried to mess with the sea, also to quote something i once heard from one alot wiser than i am or ever will be "For ever action there is conciquence, but can you deal with the conciquences of those actions"

And modifying hurricanes to make them weaker is doing exactly that. It is a fact that experiments have been done like that.

By the way i clasify myself a magic user and specialise in elementalism anyone else, and has anybody been in a magic deul?

In short YES it can be done. It is powerfull and dangerous and God given. My personal and best advice thru personal experience is to leave it alone.
