Pakistan's Nuclear Arms Feared at Risk From Fighting

As the insurgency of the Taliban and Al Qaeda spreads in Pakistan, senior American officials say they are increasingly concerned about new vulnerabilities for Pakistan’s nuclear arsenal, including the potential for militants to snatch a weapon in transport or to insert sympathizers into laboratories or fuel-production facilities.

That is a truly frightening thought: a nuclear weapon in the hands of terrorists. I've always questioned the actual existence of Al Qaeda, but if they are in fact real, this is a very dangerous situation.

If on the other hand, Al Qaeda is a CIA ploy, the fact that they are allowing the mainstream media to report things like this means that something big is up.
