Isn't this devolution?

IMO, we all need to move a little backward, smaller communities, smaller leadership, direct involvement in how each region is governed.

Centralized government has ALWAYS been a very bad idea.

I think we should go back to city-states. Two countries making up most of a continent is ridiculous.
