Looks just like the ARDA mk3 "fairystar" or "firefly" UEV concept, but does not sound like its using glow discharge plasma. But I'm no expert on that by any means

Anyone know how these experiments are going? The USA site is down so have to go around it. And seems these have not been updated either.. Interesting stuff on this site. I wonder if the silence means there on to some stuff. A contract would sure stop new info from coming out.
