Why don't we try to capture them?

Nobody can so much as get a good picture of them, and your talking about catching one? With what? I doubt a box baited with Reeses Pieces, supported with a stick will work.

? A pump rifle in they head will work, trust me, if you are powerfull they can't stop you.

They are shadows, buddy, constructs of our collective subconscious. Just as an AI cannot be sentient, they lack the same spark that makes us Self aware.

The first was Lam, that tells it all.

However this does not exclude the myriads of lifeforms already out there, the "real" ones from "real" planets. Or the transdimensional ones right here. Aside from the crap we put up, the scarce ET, and numerous indigenous x-dimensional entities, they are shadows.

If we changed the way we think, so would they. I dare ya to try it.

Thanks for the insights.

You are responding to a very bad joke I there out about capturing Greys by offering them dedicated porn DVDs.

I think the anthropomorphization of aliens, skinny little guys with big eyes, reflects on our culture's poor imagination more than anything.

Other life form are just as likely to be occupying the same space as us but we neither perceive or can comprehend them.

The entire insect world may be an intelligent life form with each individual insect functionally a cell. Less material force field may be coherent and capable of interfacing with us when they have need.

We should not extrapolate how life and intelligence can manifest itself any more than a cockroach should be able to evaluate human activity and thought.

the greys are telepathic. they know the answer to our question before the words leave our mouth. they can easily predict our next move, and no offence, but the 'bag over the head' idea is quite primitive, but then again, i guess the whole human race is primitive in comparison to the greys.

If you don't think about your next move, they can't predict your next move.

Erm, yes, its hard for me to find my humor amid mob mentality. How we interpret reality, or more specifically, whether or not we accept the presence of the invisible world determines our balance.

I predict tommorrow the OP will explain his absence by telling the forum members and his believers he was abducted again. People who claim to be abducted or in contact with are lucky the aliens don't have standards. Why else would they be abducting people who have no star power, political power whatsoever or any business influence and then give them a message to spread. A message that certainly won't get anywhere
.

First lets assume they are actually ubducting people and that they are as advanced as the claims people make. Do you realy think they are abducting people in the conventional sense by actually going into their rooms. If they are advanced enough, wouldn't they have some means of telepoting the abductee from their house into the Alien ship? Aside from having some sort of EMP device on you that goes off when overexposed to radiation(which hasn't been invented thus far as far as I am aware), I don't see how you plan on incapacitating the ship in order to have someone on the outside help save you and capture one of them.

Perhaps before one should jump to a conclusion that they can even be trapped or anything one should first figure out what they want with you. I would be researching other abductee cases and find similarities with your experience to determine if someone else already knows what is happening...it may provide insight on what to do or likely in this case what NOT to do. I would start off with some information by these guys.

Add to that terrible taste in women. With so many gorgeous super-intelligent babes out there, some media stars, high profile professionals, rich wives, etc.

They seem to favour apartment dwelling unattractive overweight lonely file clerks with little in the way of intelligence, wit, social life, etc.

Someone needs to set up an inline abducting service.

In 60+ years of searching, endless stories and accounts.
Not a shred of evidence of an alien has ever emerged.
Similar track record for elves, fairies, angels, etc.

But there are people knowingly discussing their places of origin, habits, thought processes.

What is one supposed to think?

If by rare good fortune an ET left an artifact, we wouldn't recognize it much less be aware of its origins.

It has taken years of reverse engineering and spinning off to get to the point where we have an inkling.

'Course you don't get proof from the paraphysical playing field either.

Those who want proof are searching for a sign...

They are so technologically advanced, why don't we just take them back to basic instinct? If they are concerned with their DNA and how they're unable to reproduce, they stand a good chance not remembering how to conquer the good ol' fashioned bear trap.

Seriously! Give it some thought!! Their vast knowledge is their ultimate downfall. They'll be expecting something more advanced like a giant magnet to catch their space ship or something, they'll never expect a freaking bear trap! Plus with how frail they seem, you stand another good chance in a lethal blow to their leg/foot/ankle.

Gray alien walks up to house, bending over and going "Ooh a piece of candy... ooh a piece of candy... ooh a piece of candy. And continues into the house, up the stairs and under a box where the string is pulled on the ruler holding it up. GOTCHA!!!

Sorry... as a fan of Family Guy that's the first thing I saw in my mind.

A better idea. Find a frequent abductee. Set a floor full of bear traps and mouse traps and snare traps, spike pits and huge rolling boulders. That'll get em!!

Imagine a monkey trying to set a trap for a human.. the human would see it coming from 1 bazillion miles away, unless the human is Homer Simpson

I hope anyone is serious about capturing one of them.

you guys are all missing the most obvious way to trap them.

Ever see home alone?

Setup the entire house to be booby trapped with humerous consequences and once they've been adequately abused have your neighbor show up with a shovel to hit them in the head.

Its all very simple.

Nah, I don't think our eyes can see one bazillion miles away.

All jokes aside, if a monkey set a trap for us, we would probably see it. However, it might end up being a pretty clever monkey (they do exist) and totally fool us into falling for it.
