Help in 9/11 search warrants for U.N.'s RICO offices Vancouver, Montreal, Toronto, New York, page 1

Can anyone help me to help citizens in Vancouver, Montreal, Toronto and New York get search warrants to search the offices of the Canadian American Investors (CAI) Group?

I believe CAI is a U.N.-sponsored criminal organization (RICO in the U.S.) behind the pump-and-dump of Enron, the financing of 9/11 and the use of Instrumnent Approach Procedures to guide the hijacked planes into their targets.
