Media portal content filetypes..

I was wondering if there is a possibility of being able to upload .zip files to my media page..

I have an ebook I would like to share, it's broken down into several .pdf files (one for each chapter) and archived in a .zip file, and I don't want to have to upload each chapter individually, as I'm sure nobody wants to have to download it one chapter at a time.

So can a mod or somebody make it so we can host .zip files in the media portal, or tell me "no" so I know not to worry about it and go on to other things...?
