H1N1 - What happens when no one goes to work (at a hospital)?

So lets talk worst case scenario. H1N1 goes 'round the world. H1N1 spreads like wildfire through the US (whether now or October or later). Hospitals are overrun with people infected.
So if Docs, Nurses, Radiologists, Pharmacists, Physical Therapists...etc...opt not to come to work to not risk self infection or to pass it on to family members, what do you think will happen happen? Arrest? License Revocation? Jail? Military Intervention?
Just trying to use this to gauge people's reaction

Hate to point this out but if martial law is effected as some on here are claiming those employees would technically serve under military jurisdiction and probably would be arrested for dereliction of duty for failing to work. Also, it is a direct violation of the Hippocratic Oath so they would probably lose hospital privileges and their medical licenses.

Look at Mexico I posted a video this morning. Thats what will happen. The military stepped in and now are working in full biosuits in biocontainment centers treating the sick.
