or do you hate it?
i just started working again after a long layoff. i work in a pizza shop now. i don't really like it but i think it is some very easy money. it is not a rewarding job at all though. it is hard to feel good about yourself in making pizzas and doing dishes.

so how bout you? do you like what you do for a living or is it strictly something you do to take care of the responsibilities?

Pizzas... yay.

My wife is always saying she'd love to go back making pizzas.

I do like my job. I'm a District Account Specialist. I basically manage accounts and collect money. I handle the districts of Hartford CT, Albany NY and Toledo OH.

I get to travel some, work with a great group of people here in Ohio and in the other areas. Bonus plan, great medical, dental and optical coverage, vacation. I do like my job, not just for those reasons, but I actually enjoy the work that I do.

Hang in there man, at least you're putting in an honest days work and earning a pay check. Keep with it and before you know it, something else will come along.

Funny time to post this since I just got home from on of the worst days I've ever had at work. I HATE MY JOB!!!!! :bnghd::bash:
:bnghd::bash:

Fast food, KFC/A&W. Understaffed, under paid, over worked, mean customers (some of them), getting yelled at, hating my self to the point of wanting to blow my own head off.

But I'm the bread winner, lucky to have a job.
In truth, it has it's ups and downs, I work with cool people and an awesome manager.

Well, I don't always hate my job. Working tech support is fun, in a lot of ways. I help people get online, solve puzzles, and get to talk with a lot of different people.
On the other hand, there are people who can't figure out what a power cord is.

I had my own business for over 20 years. Metalsmith. Traveled and sold my work all over the country. But thanks to Pres. Bush and his $4 gasoline; I couldn't afford to go to the tradefairs to market my work. Tanked in 07.

Reinvented myself as an actor/extra/driver/PA/grip in the Movie/TV industry and love every minute of it. Long hours, beautiful women, bright lights, craft service, catered meals, cast parties, decent $$$. Occasionally get to dressup like a cowboy.

19 movies and 4 TVshows in 15 months. I'm blessed!!

I don't have a job, and I like that
.

But my parents want me to get a job after track ends, so I might end up with one. But with the economy at how it is I not sure if I'll be able to get one.

After ten years in the shipping industry, i am now looking forward to being a mom...never thought i would but, hey. Loved shipping, thrived off the pressure and was rewarding because i made so many friends all over the country/world and helped make things happen. May go back to it later....or who knows..might find another path to go down

Don't be foolish.
Pizza is manna from heaven.
Pizza is like sex, even when it's bad it's good.

People actually enjoy your product. and come back for more.

and, I still like my job too. IT dept. Lots of layoffs recently. So I'm a busy boy these days.

I've hated every job I've ever had, and there's been a lot of them. For me, the only thing that has sustained me recently is my Tuesday nights, when I get a bunch of live musicians together at a venue and we play all night. Because of this night, I've been offered a job writing music for TVT publishing.

The money is going to be great, the hours flexible, and the work fulfilling. I can't wait. It just comes at very odd times when great things happen to you.. But I have to say, I worked very hard for those connections.
