How 'low' was the altitude, Ben?

What's your estimation? Do you know the FAA regs? (There are exemptions, for instances such as this. But, these are Air Force pilots. Unless you think they're incompetent????)

For regular pilots, the rule varies according to the 'class' of airspace.

Notwithstanding that the flight was conducted within 'Class B' airspace, which means it was in constant radio contact with ATC, and RADAR tracking as well. The altitudes and lateral position of the VC-25A had to be clear of the LGA and EWR departure and arrival routes, and altitudes.

Back to what is regulation, under FAR Part 91. It is 1,000 feet above the ground, and 2,000 feet laterally distant from any structure.

Looking at the video, and estimating the length of a VC-25A (based on the B-747-200) it is 231 feet long, nose to tail. Therefore, four lengths of the fuselage would equal 924 feet. When looking at the video, I see, by just 'eyeing' it, more than four fuselage lengths above the ground. Look for yourselves.

This 'photo-op' was ill-advised....the one scheduled over Washington, DC, has now been cancelled. This was a bunch of military yahoos intent on a Patriotic photo-shoot.

Some say that, as President, the CinC always bears full responsibility. It was Pres.Truman's famous placard, "The Buck Stops Here". So be it. BLAME OBAMA!!!!

The world at large is totally ignorant of the occult symbolism which lies behind the famed statue of liberty which sits astride the harbor of New York, symbolizing its true inner character and purpose. The sculptor who made the great statue was Italian. His name was Auguste Bertholdi. His work was greatly influenced by the ancient sculptor Phidias who made gigantic statues of the ancient goddesses, particularly Athena, the "goddess of wisdom" and Nemesis (another name for Venus), a goddess who held a cup in her right hand. Before beginning the statue of liberty project, Bertholdi was seeking a commission to construct a giant statue of the goddess "Isis," the Egyptian Queen of Heaven, to overlook the Suez canal. The statue of Isis was to be of "a robed woman holding aloft a torch" (Statue of Liberty: 1st Hundred Years, Bernard Weisberger, p.30, quoted in Beyond Babylon, James Lloyd, p.103).

The Masonic Connection

Bertholdi never made the statue of Isis for the Suez canal -- but it seems obvious that he made it after all, fulfilling his life's ambition, when he constructed the Statue of Liberty for the United States!

Writes James Lloyd in Beyond Babylon:

"Auguste Bertholdi was a member of the cultic Masonic Lodge in Paris, a
`. . . secret international brotherhood linked to the ancient builders of th pyramids
and the cathedrals' [quoted from Statue of Liberty, by Weisberger]; and as a result,
fellow members of the mysterious order of Masons `. . . were frequently involved
with the creation of the structure, and the various ceremonies that were dedicated
to it' [ibid., p.44]. For example, the pedestal was built by another mason named
Richard Hunt, and the design came from his study of `. . . pyramids, zigurrats, and
other . . . styles' [Statue of Liberty video]. You'll recall The Tower of Babel was
a ziggurat; and of course, the Statue of Liberty is actually a tower" (Beyond

As the obelisk was completed in the 1880's, a number of American clergymen were upset that a "pagan goddess" was being placed on American soil. The Masonic Lodge, in the meantime, kept a low profile to avoid unnecessary controversy, just as they did when they planned the Washington monument, another Egyptian obelisk symbolizing the rays of the Egyptian god shining down and enlightening mankind.

The Masons, of course, trace the origin of their secret society back to king Solomon, and from him back to ancient Egypt. Says Alexander Hislop in his magnificent book The Two Babylons, concerning the origins of Masonry:

As Hislop shows, Isis is the Egyptian name for the Babylonian goddess Ishtar, who is also the same as Athena (Greece), Minerva (Egypt and Greece), Astarte (Syria), Cybele (Rome), Ashtoreth (Israel), and Diana (Ephesus). This statue of the pagan Madonna, the Statue of "Liberty," is a statue of this same ancient pagan "Queen of Heaven," the wife of Nimrod, or Semiramis!

Goddess Diana of the Ephesians

The worship of this pagan goddess caused no small persecution for the true believers of the first century. Paul and his entourage, preaching the true gospel about the Messiah and the Kingdom of YHWH, in the city of Ephesus, ran smack into the powerful Diana cult, and were hauled before the authorities of the city. We read in the book of Acts:

"And the same time there arose no small stir about that way. For a certain man,
a silversmith, which made silver shrines for Diana, brought no small gain unto
the craftsmen; whom he called together with the workmen of like occupation, and

I didn't see it and don't know anything about it. But at best, (as far as
conspiracy theories go) It the flight was low enough to cause public dismay,
then the operation was intentioned as a means of gauging public reaction or
to add to the veritable mountain of important government info, so as to slide some other sinister legislation or bailout ~under the radar~.

note* "mountain" is hard to spell while intozicated.

This is the only video I've seen that shows just how close the plane came to the buildings. Watch at about the half way mark - the video is only 1:12 in length.

After watching this, I am more angry than I was before about this.

"I apologize" just doesn't cut it - not for causing widespread fear, not for wasting hundreds of thousands of dollars in fuel cost, not for everyone now scrambling around in the WH trying to decide who will shoulder the blame.........

Caviar parties every week, a pizza maker flown in from Chicago at a cost of over $800 dollars, a half of a million dollars blown just to take a 10 dollar photo............and lest we forget about the hundreds of thousands of dollars he's spent in order to keep a 5 dollar birth certificate hidden.

And here we all sit with empty pockets, jobless and glued to the Google FluTracker Map to see if we are next.

seems to me that a point had to be made to the PTB in NYC.. and they made it.

Something is going to happen that the Baron's of NYC don't like and disagreed with and "they" showed them what the alternative is.

You DO realize that the camera operator zoomed in, don't you?

On a hand-held camera, keeping the subject in the viewfinder is doubly or triply difficult, depending on the length of the lens.

The buildingin the foreground provides what is known as a 'forced perspective'. BECAUSE of the zoom, by the camera operator!!!

This illusion is well-known by cinematographers and photographers. Seems, it is not so well-known by amateur hand-held video-cam operators!!!

I just have to add ...screw all the mumbo jumbo BS... religious/spiritual or otherwise.. the people that may or may not be influenced of the above are doing this for ONE reason only...increased power! And this is a completely HUMAN desire....No it isn't altruistic and neither is it for the good of all ...but lets face it WE the people love South Park more than politics and would rather talk about that on lunch breaks than The LEADERSHIP ouf our USA.. I hear you. And I agree.

You know what's weird ... did you ever watch "Jericho"? Do you remember how you felt watching each episode unfold, wondering what the hell was going on and how it was all going to make sense? Kind of an eerie feeling because in the back of my mind I know that a disaster scenario like that could always happen. And now, all of these weird events feel like the pieces of a big puzzle that probably fit together somehow but the big picture makes no sense. Same spooky, eerie feeling going on now.

Actually, I preffer to talk about politics at lunch time than talk about south park. Sadly though, I don't think my co workers would be interested, let alone understand the importance. Which is why sadly I'm confined only to talking about it with my father since he's the only one in my family who understands it, heck he was the one who kept beating it into my head.

Sadly, there isn't much I alone can do to make people understand if the majority, as you say, are too interested in south park, or what happened to Britney Spears etc. etc. etc. Too many shortsighted dumb people in this country are more interested in what they're going to wear tomorrow or what video games to play, to be "bothered" with the state of affairs of their OWN d*mn country. Sad really. What is not believable is that Air Force One was engaged in a photo op over Manhattan. That sounds like a silly cover story for another mission yet to be disclosed. Perhaps how to get AF 1 and other VIP aircraft into a New York area airport without following standard landing paths in a very busy airspace. The standard paths are complex, slow-going and lengthy and thus would subject aircraft to many opportunities for missile or other weapon attack. Going into Baghdad, aircraft dive steeply and fast to narrow missile-attack and rifle-fire windows. Another possibility is that the mission was to test ground-to-air sensor devices more sensitive than conventional radar along with countermeasures. Even novel stealth protection for the big blue and white elephant whose IRCM devices are long in tooth and which may now serve only as decoys (same for Marine One underbelly jewels).

Okay, I havent seen this posted ( in this thread at least). I had this thought...Just a thought at that.. WHAT IF he was showing how easy it is to get a 747 into building 'attacking' range. That plane could have flown into any building or anything for that matter.

What if Obama doesnt agree with what happened on 9/11? What if he's showing others how easy it was to get a 747 in new york city the way that they did without the public, or the officials of new york even knowing!

Is the swine flu connected? either the 'swine' is worse than they are saying, or it is nothing, just a decoy for other things. ( heathcare, banking, economy, money, power, ect. blah blah the list goes on.. ) its hard to say what they are trying to accomplish. But maybe the question is, whos trying to accomplish what?

What if there is an internal 'wars' of sorts going on? Obama not currently co-operating with what 'TPTB' are telling him to do ( did they let this 'swine' virus out? )

As a USAF aircraft, SAM 28000 or SAM 29000 is/are, under FAA exemptions, (IN fact, the FAA is not needed, for a USAF airplane) authorized as a valid operation, whilst under 'Special FAA' rules, especially for that "Photo Op".

Please, before posting, learn about the FAA regulations as perntinent.

YOU should, firstly, spend a few years learning how to fly. This involves not only the 'practical' skills, but the ability to pass a 'written' test, as well, under controlled circumstances. AND, you must also pass a Physical Exam...there are three grades of the Physical. Lowest is the 'Third Class'. Checked every two years. Second, is the 'Second Class'...a check every year (12 months) Ulitmate, for an Airline Pilot, requires a First Class Physical. Accomplished every six-montha.

Aditionally, to maintain a First-Class physical, one must, at age 40, undergo a live direct-to Oklahoma City FAA Medical (resting) EKG. There after, once reaching age 45, and onward, in order to maintain a First Class Medical, an Applicant must submit to an EKG (resting) once every year.

So, to maintain a First-Class Medical, one must get a physical every six months. To be a Captain, and excersing your ATP license, you must have a Physical every six months. No exceptions. In addition, after age 45, every other First-Class Physical Exam MUST include a live EKG, faxed directly to Oklahoma City, OK. THIS IS what Airline Pilots must undergo. WE have to pay, on our own, for these procedures....EVERY six months. SOME Airline Contracts may provide payment....but not always.

THIS IS info to help those who do NOT KNOW how deep the Government is involved into the lives of certain aspects of our society. You must believe me, everything I have said is true. You can research it....

I just had a crazy thought...

YouTube has only been around since the beginning of 2005 and plays a HUGE role in spreading information worldwide, possibly even as large of a role as the entire remainder of the internet (at least in certain age groups). Anything important seems to spread faster on YouTube than anywhere else. Who knows where we'd be now if YouTube was around in September of 2001?

So back to the crazy thought... Maybe the fly-over was an intelligence gathering test to see how many people would whip out their cell phone cams and immediately upload videos of the incident. Maybe the gov't needed to know exactly how much time they would have to shut down the YouTube and/or the internet in case they desperately need to prevent the spread of information.

Ok, so the article says the Mayor's Office knew but that the Mayor personally was not informed. The aide who failed to inform the Mayor was reprimanded.

I'm more concerned about what is eventually going to happen, than this flu.

Federal officials knew that sending two fighter jets and Air Force One to buzz ground zero and Lady Liberty might set off nightmarish fears of a 9/11 replay, but they still ordered the photo-op kept secret from the public.

There you have it, actions speak louder than words.

The whole idea of this stunt was to create fear. Giving New York residents advance notice of it would have defeated the purpose.

Out of all available areas to do a "photo shoot", they just had to pick New York, didn't they? Wouldn't have had the desired effect anywhere else.

Comes at the same time as "swine flu". I suggest you all be good citizens and be very, very afraid.

Whoever ordered this stupid "photo shoot" is not a human.
