CDC Officials Confirm Swine Flu Cases Up to 40; Outbreak May Worsen

The number of confirmed cases of swine flu in the United States has risen to 40, according to a statement by the World Health Organization on Monday. And while swine flu cases in the United States appear to be less severe than those in Mexico, and no deaths have yet been reported, US health officials warn that the outbreaks could get worse.

So the saga continues. Sure this could end up being a major outbreak but does it deserve the amount of attention its already receiving from the MSM and this site? I don't know. This is more concerning to me because of how big of a distraction it is already. We seem to jump on a story and beat it to death with pages and pages of rants when it could be nothing.
