@questioningall - What I have been reading is that the first cases were said to be reported on 4/13. Obama was with the deceased on 4/16, for whatever that is worth.

And I do not think that a subtle assasination attempt is out of the question at all.

I am going to add a slightly paraphrased verison of a tale I just told off the cuff on the main flu thread in response to someone asking why it seems we have a much more benign version showing up here.

Take it with pounds of salt:

Main storyline keep Mexico from falling into the hands of the drug lords, stop possible massive migration over the border (and if it looks like we have it here, they aren't going to be racing over) and perhaps soften up the ground for the inevitable NAU, as you know we want all that beachfront property down there nicely developed."

This, folks, is a CONSPIRACY SITE and if we can't make a little hay with the sun shining this brightly, why we harldy deserve the right to call ourselves conspiracists.

Seriously, it is not a question of is our President is dead or ailing -- and thank you to the poster who put up the gestation info, I was looking for that -- but the implications of the timing AND the fact that the Mexican strain is so bizzarely lethal AND that they were looking into MISSING pathogenic viral strains at Ft. Detrick WHICH was not picked up by the MSM, but peeped out by a local paper (go newspapers!) a few days BEFORE CANADA blew the whistle, at which point our media outlets were suddenly READY TO GO with the WHOLE STORY such as it is...

And all of this coincides with what? With our President going to Groud Zero of the emerging pandemic AT EXACTLY the moment all of this started going down!

I think our abilities as conspiracists, should be able to transcend our personally liking our President, or not at such a ring the bell time!

This is a once in a 'blue moon' confluence of facts that lend, no give themselves to endless, legitimate conspiratorial theorizing...

Wow...Um, yeah. Get over it. It's a coincidence that he was there last week. He also traveled to numerous other south and central American nations, plus went to Europe before that, and no one there has dropped dead. I guess by your logic, the new puppy should be keeling over any day now. If everything he touches dies, why are his kids alive and well?
