because you have to go to the ATS store and buy access to RATS. its 5000 points the first month. and it goes by calendar month. so if you buy it now, on may first you will have to buy access again.

it doesn't take long to earn 5K in points if your active here. and then once you make the first payment on RATS each month after that it is only 250 points a month i think.

The report was moved to RATS so it could stay on ATS. They put it in there because that section of the forums is "private" and the search engine bots can't see whats in there
