Crime gangs 'pose rising threat'

news.bbc.co.uk

Police are failing to tackle the rising threat of criminal gangs in England and Wales, a report has warned.

The scale of organised crime is much higher than previously thought, with some 2,800 gangs active, said the HM Inspectorate of Constabulary report.

The report, Getting Organised, called for a more co-ordinated response from police forces.

Organised crime, such as drug and sex trafficking, is thought to cost the economy an estimated £20bn a year

Is this an admission that TPTB are getting worried?

What with child trafficking rising, unemployment rising, economy collapsing, illegal immigrants and every other conceivable crime it is almost obvious that the police have lost control.

They can't even control their own officers at a peaceful protest (G20)

Is it possible that the NWO is being beaten? Are these criminal gangs slowly but surely winning the war against the NWO?

Are these criminal gangs the activists we all feel we want to be..
These gangs sell 'contraband' (Tobacco and alcohol to name a few) they also deal in pirate copies of many a media item.

The only thing that makes them criminal here is the taxes they are not paying and the copyright payments they are not paying..

After documentaries like Zeitgeist addendum video.google.com... is it any wonder why anyone in their right mind would not want to pay any tax ever again.. especially when you look at the American constitution and its statement regarding the people paying taxes.

The police are so thin on the ground they have to rely on technology to catch the criminals or rely on inside informers as we have just read here on ATS too.

And what with the general state of society and its so called education system, is it any wonder why we have teens on the streets slashing each other over a few pennies?

TPTB must be sitting in their purple carpeted chambers cowering and trembling with shock and awe as to how far these so called 'criminal gangs' have gotten... Most of the big boys are organised through TPTB anyway..

Is there a secret war that we do not know the real name or identity of the enemy? Is this enemy really our friend?

Is crime the achilles heal of this society and the arrow that will bring down TPTB and the NWO?

Who are the real criminals? Those who wish us to have the freedom of choice by buying goods that are not taxed to the max, or those who seek to control us, tell us what to do, monitor our every move and keep us enslaved in a debt ridden society?

Sounds like Europe is experiencing the same drug-war caused violence we're experiencing here in the US. Outlawing drugs only serves to make them profitable to outlaws. Criminals don't mind in the least killing and committing other acts of violence to get ahead in their industry. If drugs were legalized and regulated, most of these criminals would be out of business. I realize that this isn't a complete solution to organized crime, but it would go a long way in combating it. Good thread, S&F.

Nothing like an economic downturn to empower the criminal underworld. Maybe that's all part of the masterplan, global recession to rob us of our material wealth and draconian policing to combat the subsequent rise in crime.
