First steps towards U.S.-Russian nuclear deal

MOSCOW, Apr. 23, 2009 (Reuters) — Negotiators from the United States and Russia will take the first steps toward a new treaty to curb nuclear arms Friday, part of an effort to improve relations.

The Rome talks were called after presidents Barack Obama and Dmitry Medvedev agreed at their first meeting, in London earlier this month, to work out a replacement for the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START-1) which expires in December.

so the US is okay with Russia sometimes, and then sometimes there not? and if they end up putting the missal shield up what effect will it have with these open talks with Russia and the US?

Personally i think the NWO need to make sure everyone gets rid of there nukes so as to be less of a force when they start there global take over.
