Nabulis the Houston businessman won't survive the next 12 months without the protection of the US Marshals. I'm positive the UAE royal family will request a hit team to take him out.

In the meantime this video couldn't be better timed for the last administration ... mainly to back Dick Cheney.

UAE is a staunch ally of United States. Thanks to ABC News, this incident reminds us valuable lesson in human life.

Whatever mode of government - be it Communism, Democracy, Monarchy etc
No matter how clean one government may claim to be,
worst crimes against humanity exist everywhere.

Not sure about him being taken out.
By now there will be multiple copies at multiple places.

Taking him out with just confirm guilt,

at the moment, the video footage is

'' to blury to distinguish who it is, and it could be any arab man. ''

Damnit! Is there at least one society or country that doesn't torture somebody for not being like the rest of society?

If you hat the opportunity to watch the ABC Nightline broadcast (4-22-09) last night you would have learned that the Houston Business man was jailed in the UAE before gaining his freedom. I suspect he had some help from some of Cheney's old friends. (remember Haliburton?)

I'm just stunned by the timing of this video ... it validates why the USA used waterboarding.

torture has been around for along time and it is here to stay. keep your head down and your nose clean, because as a regular person this can happen to anybody anywhere, no matter what country or society. and to think otherwise is simply ignorant and naive. this is no movie, where the good guys come in and rescue you...this is real life, and torture will always be an option, no matter what noble words are spoken.

That atrocity was over $5000 worth of grain?!

So this 'royal' was willing to forgo his own humanity over a matter of $5000?!

It is true, those who believe themselves 'entitled' to royal positions are so far removed from human society that they are as aliens to the remainder of us.

I can't imagine subjecting any living thing to that kind of treatment.
