In the latest move against DHS, radio host Michael Savage joined with a conservative Christian legal group, the Thomas More Law Center, to file suit against DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano and Attorney General Eric Holder."

Michael Savage is just another publicity seeking fringer pushing out a frivolous lawsuit. He will get as much attention as Berg, Keyes and the rest of the clowns on the publicity bus.

As usual former bushies and other rightwingers alike are trying to make everything out of everything regarding this administration. On January the 26th 2009 there was a leftwing extremest memo:

This January 26, 2009 memo describes "left wing extremism" as including "Anarchist extremists [who] embrace a number of radical philosophical components of anticapitalist, antiglobalization, communist, socialist, and other movements."

"Many leftwing extremists use the tactic of direct action to inflict economic damage on businesses and other targets to force the targeted organization to abandon what the extremists deem objectionable."

Aswell in 2005 the Bush administration released a leftwing and rightwing extremest report to which many of these individuals refused to speak of anything or cry foul of anything.

Just like all the left wing fringers that are constently pushing lawsuit after lawsuit against Bush for warcrimes, stealing the election, impeachment, lack of tiddleywink spirit, etc.

Oh, the irony...we spend years being told that liberals are cowards, weak on security, are traitors, want the terrorists to win, should be imprisoned, should be tortured...from all the right-wing blowhards....

A report comes out during a Democratic Administration noting that right-wing extremists should be surveyed so as to prevent acts of domestic terrorism, the same groups that the government has been surveying since the Oklahoma City bombing....and all freak out...

Why does Michael Savage hate America so much? Does he want the terrorists to win?

So you dont think the accusations regarding the invasion of Iraq, torture, and the "patriot" act are reasonable? Theres one thing Ill agree with ya right there, its time leftwing fringers do get over the accusations of the 2000 elections, but with the other accusations above your really putting yourself in a tightspot here proclaiming them as baseless.

If a$$hat Savage can sue for that report can I sue for this one that says the Left Wing Extremists are a threat and could use potentially devastating cyber attacks on the U.S.?

Or could that report on right and left wing extremists have just been what the DHS is set up to do (you know... threat assessment and the like)?

After all, as I said on another nutter thread regarding this stuff, a threat is a threat.

We all know the US is a litigatinous society, and anybody can file suit if they want to. Let Savage come back when he actually wins...then we have something to talk about. Just in passing, though...I'd be curious as to who is paying the legal fees. I'm betting that if they're coming out of Savage's pocket, they're tax-deductable therefore it's the Aerican taxpayer coughing up once again.
