What happened to being able to see All of our Posts?

For the last few days, or week/s I have noticed that the forum has been changed, again, and now I can't find anywhere the old option of being able to see all of our posts to reply to them.

There was a tag for each member, and in it was another tag to view all of our posts.

That feature was actually really good for members, since it makes it easier to be able to look at our posts, or articles, and respond to them if any other members made a response of their own about the article or comments.

Why is it that the forums keeps being changed? When something works and it ain't broke...why try to fix it and in the process making it worse?

Nothing other than the "member tools" drop-down menu has been changed.

Also, you can access any member's profile by clicking on either their username in their mini-profile next to posts, or the "profile" button under each post.

It does get confusing when it is changed like that, but I apologize if my comment offended you. It wasn't my intention. I just was frustrated trying to find how to respond to my old posts.
