Greetings. I was wondering about how to not view avatars?

Some of the avatars on here are really gross and I've been looking for a long time now for a way to shut off being able to view the avatars? I know other message boards have this option, so I may be missing it?

Thanks in advance.

If I remember correctly, you can go to the ATS Store and purchase (for 50 points) the low bandwidth mode and that will remove all the avatars.

Go here:
www.abovetopsecret.com...

At the bottom you'll see "Turn on low bandwidth mode".

Hope this helps.

I see skeptic1 already pointed you in the right direction.

Thank you. I will go try it out.

It's not working. It still shows the avatars. I don't see any difference.

Thanks anyway.

Also remember.

Should you see an avatar that is violating the Terms and Conditions, please alert staff and we'll review it.

I do not know if they are or not. Someone has a really gross one of a snake coming out of their mouth, for example. There's such an ewwwww gross factor to such things.

I undestand, there's a difference / thin line between what one might find offensive and that which actually breaks the T&C.
