Is This Metal From Earth?

Neil Gould of Exopolitics Hong Kong, an advisory board member of Dr Michael Salla's Exopolitics Institute, has given me the following pictures from a lab report for people to have a look at if they are interested. He contends that the material shown in the pics is very difficult, if not impossible to manufacture using current commercially available technology.

Neil has more pieces of evidence in his possession, and will release more over the coming year if this receives a favourable response. He is busy right now but has promised to answer intelligent questions. If you have anything to ask him please post your question here and I'll collect them all into a single file and give them to him.

NOTE: This is only the tip of a very interesting iceberg. The information here represents about 5 per cent of the material in Neil's possession.

The title on the first picture reads: Figures 2 and 3 show different regions of the aluminum foil where the silicon-rich coating is missing. The dark areas in the foil are small voids (possibly lab reports) and the bright spots are Fe particles (most likely Fe3Al)

The following letter is from a Phd specialising in metals. Reading between the lines, it may be possible to see that the guy's not entirely sure where the material came from, and has never seen anything like that before. Remember that Phds do not like to admit that they are stumped.

I can vouch for the validity of these materials. I saw the hard copies of the lab reports, and watched him censor the information on the letter myself.
