DHS “Rightwing Extremism” Document Created During Bush Administration

The “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment” document was produced during the Bush administration, as a quick check of the PDF document’s properties reveals. It was created on January 23, 2007. In other words, the document is not a reflection of the supposed sinister political coloration of the Obama administration, said by many “conservatives” to be socialist or Marxist. It is a document produced specifically as part of a larger effort to demonize and eliminate all opposition regardless of political persuasion.

The info looks to be legit.

And if it is...then it proves that these people were already labeled during the BUSH administration.

This was already in the works from what this says.

Fox News has been pushing this document...and I believe they should of..BUT...

If they DO NOT come forward with this information...if it is true...this could have some dire consequences...and only prove even more that it is truly BOTH SIDES.

I am so glad you found this ....I was sure I had heard this same info when Bush was in office ...I did not search for it because I knew one of you would surely bring it up at some point and time ...

I remember it because at that time I was at a Christian message board and it was brought up ...and they just got mad and said that there was nothing to it ..
Or something similar .......as usual ..Bush could do no wrong ..he was always looking out for their best interest etc etc ............

Now those same people at those boards ..are trashing this admin for it ..
They also say everyone is so in AWE of Obama like he was a messiah ..I can remember everyone acting that same way about Bush ....it was like the RIGHT were mesmerized by him ..and now the left is mesmerized by Obama ...everyone is so easily brainwashed and so easily decieved these days that it is strange ...like they are using hookey dust of some kind ..lol ..along with the zombie pills,whatever is in the water,the air ..and add in subliminal political ads etc ......

What fools really ...they actually aided in their own demise by backing Bush on everything he wanted to do .............

I've been saying this on the threads lately...but to the Obama supporters who don't seem to care about the new powers the government has received...it's going to be turned back over eventually to the other side...

this is what "real transparency" means to the left.

they are trying to fortify there positiions in congress and white house.

we will see documents like this continually be release from these to every other dirty little secret under bush.

i been alive for sometime now i have lived under nixon,carter,regan,bush1,clinton,bush2 and now obama, i am telling you this

bush is no worse than anyother president in our history. however three things have changed:

1:promotion of hate for both sides is getting worse
2 24/7 main stream media
3 internet

we are constantly bombarded by politcal wills who think they know whats best for us.

having said that i lean right and the major reason i lean right is because of the way bush was treated since 2000.

every single thing the left is accusing the right of right now was on display from the left for the past 8 years.

lastly i will not judge bush for what people say hes done. its just the way i was raised not to judge a man til i have walked in his shoes.

Well, something is fishy. I published a link that shows it was published in 2009 .

It also makes reference to a very recent incident; the shooting of 3 police officers in Pittsburgh, PA., which happened on 04/04/09.

Possibly it was just updated by the Obama administration?

Do not be so quick to blame Bush and let Napolitano off the hook.

Of course the research for this document began under Bush. These documents aren't just written one night over a bottle of whiskey (like so many of my college term papers were). The final draft may be recent, but this reports don't just appear over night.

And think about it: who does a Libertarian uprising hurt? Certainly not the Democrats! So many members of the Libertarian party act like the GOP is "their friend" just because they share the same ideals (which never get put into practice) when it comes to taxes and big-government. Yet, the GOP depends on there being as few Libertarian (or Constitutionalist or whatever right-wing 3rd Party you prefer) voters as possible.

The other side is the same way: If it weren't for Ralph Nader, Gore would have won the 2000 election. Do you think that the Democrats like the Green Party? No!

They want to minimize any chance that you vote for Ron Paul (when he keeps running as an independent), Ross Perot, or Ralph Nader.

Actually impossible. You can always change the last modified time, but never the creation date.

You also would be talking about all the DHS analysts lying about the document's creation. That's what should have been obvious in the first place - these are career analysts not politicians. They aren't going to write a report tailored to a political view, especially since they're all ex-military counter-insurgent specialists. The democrats had nothing to do with this, man up and face it.

The original pdf is the earlier one. You can create a new pdf or doc and import the data to it or just cut/paste. Since its not a saved or modified version of the original it will only have the newer date. Fox news is up to its usual one sided disinfo. Anything to smear the dems and glorify the gop, no matter what the cost.

The .PDF is probably a 'living' document along the lines of what some super-smart Constitutionalists might imagine. The date within the text indicates that it's being updated recently: Obama supporters are silenced. Also it was apparently written before that (hence the creation date) so Bush supporters are silenced.

Ahhhh, both groups silenced. Now non-dialectic discussion can happen...

It is not impossible to take the data in a PDF, and create a duplicate pdf with a creation date of any time, even November 1963 if they wanted to. What I am saying is this: Reject your desire for certainty. One side says "Oh it was certainly created at such and such date!" ...this betrays a reliance upon data that is just not robust enough to support the certainty. Even as I claim to know about pdf tech, I will say that I myself, know very little, and I am happy to say that. Staying principled-but-stupid (flexible but tethered) seems to be best. I'm not saying I know, I just know what can't be relied upon. PDF dating is one of those things.

Picture if you will a giant bulletproof, soundproof one-way half-dome bubble, transparent from the outside, but mirrored from within. This observation one-way mirror half-dome is countless thousands of square miles across (a cubit or a rod will not measure it) and we all live inside it.

All the controllers, admins and analysts are sitting on that bubble. Each of them is peering down through the transparent dome of control (their side can see through, whereas ours cannot), into the squirming TV-watching masses, and is trying to persuade their counterparts as to what will happen next.

Each of these controllers is deeply and effectively afraid of they-themselves being passed down into the bubble, beyond the glass, which is what happens if they get 'cut off' if you will from their friends and their power base. They fear being on the other side where people stare upward but see only a mirrored surface. They fear not being "in" anymore. They are also terrified of being exposed of their weaknesses and also their failures on account of that weakness being exploited by their handlers. And so on...

All of them; Obamas or Bushes or associates/friends like photographers who document the shenanigans at their secret parties and so on. Each controlled politician needs many similarly controlled/blackmailed and morally flexible handlers and "friends" and so long as all the crew are on the top of the bubble, the outside looking down at the rest of the masses trapped inside in their ignorance, under the bubble, everyone on the outside is happy.

I won't drag JFK into this thread, but wasn't it the same game back then? Like, he secretly had (blackmailed/owned) photogs taking excellent pictures of his sexy shenanigans for secret collections? When the whole crowd is blackmailed, they can only share the pain of being blackmailed. But in fact, that is a very unifying pain, almost more than any other force.

I am no fan of Catholicism or Islam (JFK versus Obama) but both of these liberal figures are going to be hated by the Republican side of the dialectic and also the Republicans will throw their little pieces of cheese down to the people under the airtight bubble, but in the end, all of them are owned by the power of blackmail, which is the power of all of us, to be caught in a moment of weakness, and then to be roasted over a public flame. That is what sort of blackmail is in effect here. But also, there is the blackmail in which a person gets sent a picture of themselves in a park with no accompanying explanation. "Why did someone send me a telephoto pic of me and my kids at the park?" is the natural question one asks. Well, until they get the phone call which says "Did you get our picture? Know that we are that close to you at all times."

Blackmail moves our world, and until we all sequester ourselves as a global jury and forgive ourselves (or condemn ourselves) as a planet, then those who are held through fear will not be released, nor will the bubble be affected. The bubble of separation I am describing, is the hypocrisy of the masses. The masses themselves keep the good guys (be they Red or Blue) from cracking the bubble, because if it cracks, then the masses will have to know how power is held through blackmail.

Also, I have no malice or bad feelings toward any CIA agent or asset for this very reason. Naturally that also extends to all agents of any and all Intel services. Blackmail is the grease on this hub and if we don't like the direction, we can dry out the axles and stop it, but can we deal with the details of what humans are? Will we pitchfork/hang/roast those who are exposed in power, those whose blackmail card gets pulled for exposure? It is their fear which makes them hate us at the same time they want to help Earth. Hypocrisy is Satan's greatest tool.

Yes, true. There needs to be some "providence" to determine when this doc was orginally created. Personally, I find that activities by the DHS is independent of the president, although Bush used his influence over the DOJ, DHS, and DOD to make a mess of the world. So a question for Obama supporters would be did Obama influence the DHS to create this doc?
