The greatest piece of rock soloing in history in my opinion.

Wish I could see him live.

Probably not a style of music most of you would listen to but the guitar work these guys pull off is always good. Fastforward to 1:35 for the solo if you want to skip the rest.

Something a bit softer to round this out.

The best acoustic player in the world (in my opinion)

you've given me much to listen to - and think about - just starting to get into this last batch...may take me a while

never wandered too far into the land of metal myself - had several friends that got lost in there - never to be heard from again :-)

but, yeah - I get it

just one question nick: why so creepy?

:-)

god whaaa - thank you

really - nice

twice as nice watching/listening to someone I "know" - will check to see if there's more

and about your guitar? it's beautiful

also - the bass? yours?

:-) very nice

and, yes - jazz - was missing - up to Joni, but then moving on - liked him a lot

here's this:

I'm listening to everything :-)

and - yeah - I actually like that one - the part you pointed at anyhow

this is why I like this type of thread - finding out about stuff I didn't know about before

Andy McKee - hadn't heard - nice

I just couldn't be more sorry about the sound on some of these

that goes for a lot of stuff in this thread - but we get what we get I guess

Now now, getting lost in metal is never a bad thing.

and I've only been scratching the surface of what metal is.

Also I'm assuming your talking about the avatar, thats King Diamond the lead singer of Mercyful Fate and King Diamond. He's a badass.

I was wondering more about names like "Beneath the Remains"

Mr. Diamond looks like a swell guy

Oh, you thought that was bad, I haven't even gotten into black metal, or that far into death metal or goregrind yet!!!

King Diamond is indeed a swell guy!!!
