If the President has even an ounce of dignity or respect as well, he will initiate such actions.

Well, unfortunately, he's an ounce short of that ounce of dignity. He appointed her, and he stands by that appointment. What the heck, he's appointed several tax cheats, Rambo Emanuel, who sends dead fish to his political enemies, and shouts death to his political enemies, and a group of crooks. All he did was bring Chicago dirty politics to Washington, D.C.

Are you a government agent trying to trick us into giving our names and addresses to DHS so they can track us down easier?

What, you think they don't already know who and where you are?

They assigned your SS number to you, for goodness' sake.:shk:

Yesterday, Friday 17 April 2008, I e-mailed my Representative
SC Senator Lindsey Graham...Let's flood their inboxes & fax machines with protests...

stating

...my opposition to the position-paper from DHS,
making Veterans, 'persons of interest', as potential
recruits for radical/terrorist organizations...
& for Sec Napolitano for using the Ok City bomber, McVeigh,
as an example of a typical Veteran.

If the 'report' = 'position-paper', would have sailed through
with little opposition...
then the Obama administration (Regime) would have adopted the measure as Policy !

as i said in another thread, this could be likened
to a PNAC 'Gestapo' ... [another case of history repeating]
Uh Oh... according to some, i'm making my own noose

isnt mellodrama and stupid human events just reaching the boiling point.
Wars in various places, political idealogs huffing it out using the people in the middle and the people in the middle getting understandabley pissed off whilst there leaders in a socialist fashion claim "they" know whats best in absurd unreality to it all.

My lord people..get it F-ing togather.

Janet N. and many people in government arent there for more than to undermine it collectively. And it seems they are doing so. I and millions of others could prove that there is a large group of high ranking officials and law enforcers who secretly invoke/promote the use of drugs through color schemes which mainly invoke the amunita muscaria mushroom. I saw this proven on a blog somewhere once showing her speaking at a podium with the clothing color syncing perfectly with the podium and blue nasa masonic symbolism giving us the colors..White, black, golden brown and blue and gold. This system of enabling our drug taking youth culture keeps people confused and distracted right at a time they need it most, a nation of more ignorant future followers..

America will never truly be socialist. Too many people will rebel. And the American military I highly doubt will feel ok carpet bombing cities of innocent americans who want/demand real liberty and system of it. Socialism is oligarchy disguised as dictatorship wrapped in a self dellusion. Eat that for dinner.

That is true that it was commisioned by the Bush HSA. The point is that from what all the members of this administration have written in the past, its what they intend to do with and what they can do with it. The complete disregard by our Congress an Senate (Democraticly controlled) of any semblence of Constitutional scholarship gives us pause to consider the true intent. Just the way Nepolitano tried to side step any type of appology to our troops and just said she was disappointed in the language is enough to show exactly what they think of our Volunteer Armed Service members!

I think those that are always referring back to bush as to keep using him as some kind of emotional tampon are missing the point.

The first is no one cares what Bush did anymore he is GONE and what Obama does is what matters now. If Obama wants change we can believe in, I can agree I believe it because I see him changing into George Bush right before our eyes and if you think the first one was bad,

hehe Obama is BUSH on steroids the new Federal Bank of Obama.

If Bush did it in the past, I wouldn't bring it up to defend Obama because it only makes you look more stupid that obamanoids would add more fuel to the fire that they just admitted Obama is Bush. If they hated Bush so much, then why the hell did they vote for Obama then.

Why aren't they bitching about his renegging on the change he promised?

liberals, what a massive undulating group of utter confusion. You name it they are confused about it.

Sex? They are confused about it

Religion? They hate it have zero tolerance for it yet expect tolerance from others, hence they are confused about it.

They have protected the free speech of homosexual groups like Nambla but want Christian censored hence they are confused.

They fight for the rights to have anonymous sex in public restrooms and state parks with the same voice they claim committment for same sex marriage hence they haven't a clue what they are talking about.

Napolitiano is just another Gay lesbian communist who gets her ideas from her colon.

So the fact that this was done in the bush era means what then? People yell at obama about this but the assessment was done by Bush.

It was released 7 April, 2009. When I check my history books, Obama took the office on 20 January, 2009. Bush Had his own skeletons in the closet, It'd be nice if folks stop trying to tar him with Obama's brush, and get up to speed on what the date is. It is now 18 April, 2009

I've posted several comments about Obama and the comming of the State of Barakistan but I don't/won't forget that Bush and EVERYONE in congress is just as guilty. This level of abuse of power has been going on for a long time.

It's just that now, they can't hide the corruption, the waste.

They are like a cancer, slow to find and not even noticeable until the patient is very sick.

You know what we should all do. We should all stop working and stop paying our bills and our taxes and let them see how well that works for them. Kinda one of those "if you wanna get nuts then lets get nuts" kind of scorched earth scenarios.

[edit on 17-4-2009 by justsomeboreddude]

Sign me up! I've already quit my job to dive under the radar. This scenario plays pretty well. When Caesar invaded Gaul and set about conquering the Gauls, Vercingetorix instituted a poilcy of burning crops and villages, and everything else of use to the invaders. It made life rough on the Gauls, but it made life REALLY rough on the invading romans, as they had no means of resupply, other than living off the land, which was burnt to a crisp. Everybody quit your jobs, sit on your lawns, and tell anybody that comes to force you back into work to "eat ashes"!

Then ask 'em if you can put your own name on the list, or if they have to write it in. It would be nice to make this lawsuit a 'class action' suit, with about 150 million or so plaintiffs!

How is she responsible?
She didn't stop it fast enough?

They are suing the wrong person.

She assumed office in late January. This report was released 7 April. That gives her 2 and a half months to have stopped a mere 8 pages of drivel. The report was important enough to be released nation-wide to the law enforcement community, so how did it escape her attention? What you are saying indicates that the woman has no idea what goes on in DHS - OR - she agrees with it. In either event, what part of that equation qualifies her to manage a hotdog stand, much less an entire federal department?

Zindo, don't even fall this crap. Just tell the guy what the title of this thread is again. "Federal Lawsuit Filed Against Janet Napolitano and Homeland Security!"

Then remind him that this law suit was NOT filed during the bush admin.

Again, Aermacchi....smearing the boundaries of truth....

OK! Somebody had to say it!!!

The DHS, as a result of the Administration change, has had a few top Appointments change. That's it. The various people who worked there under the last Administration are still there.

In fact, in September, 2008, the recommendatons put out by the DHS are almost exactly the same as the ones recently published.

If you'll recall, Bush was the President in September, 2008.

Not a lot of policy, from DHS, has changed....JUST the impression that a 'lawsuit' can now be brought, BECAUSE it is a new Administration.....

Politics as usual.......

*sigh* weed, share with us any quote on this thread where what I said isn't true. Take responsibility for your statements weed and share with us your proof of said smearing of truth.

That's what? you don't think I know this or ?

The various people who worked there under the last Administration are still there.

Yeah, and?

In fact, in September, 2008, the recommendatons put out by the DHS are almost exactly the same as the ones recently published.

Really weed? Care to show me? Then after you do that, you can tell me why you think it is too late to sue the DHS just because Bush isn't president anymore? Better late then never if what you are saying is true

Not a lot of policy, from DHS, has changed....JUST the impression that a 'lawsuit' can now be brought, BECAUSE it is a new Administration.....

What gives anyone the idea this is to late to sue weed? Just because Obimbo is President?

Regardless of the reasons YOU think are behind this lawsuit, THE FACT IS, this is wrong, and Janet was wrong moreover, unlike you weed,,

WE live in the PRESENT and whether you think I don't "recall who was president in sept 2008 or not, I will remind YOU that is is 2009 and OBAMA is President and Janet Napolitano is Head of the DOH.

This is so idiotic.

I've actually read the report, along with the FBI report from which much of the conclusions are drawn.

Nowhere does it say that vets are considered a threat. It says that vets have been and may be targeted for recruitment by white supremacists and other extremist groups to make use of their military training. The DHS report is pretty much a summary, but the FBI one has a lot more details on past and present cases.

So, you believe ' new speak'? It remains that they see a threat because they have been very well trained and might take it upon themselves, as their oath states, to protect and defend the constitution from enemies foreign and domestic!! These idiots in the District of Criminals are the domestic threat and they know if fullwell. Don't play with symantics here, those in DC are the experts!
