Yet still, we have Ariana Huffington paying for adds saying driving an SUV leads to terrorism, while at the same time taking private jets which "were going there anyway".

Too many times preachers are attacked for only talking the talk, not walking the walk, yet when it comes to democrats, they seem to be exempt, in the eyes of their worshippers, from their own rules.

Double Standard.

P.S. Kerry's charity donations:

1991 - $0.00
1992 - $820.00
1993 - $175.00
1994 - $2039.00
1995 - $0.00
...
2003 - $43,735.00

2003 - RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT

Ironic that he became so charitable after he started getting so much media play. I'm sure the 2 had nothing to do with one another, though...

Jungle, you are chosing not to see Bush's lies. For everyone of Kerry's lies you can find one of Bush's.

To me it does not make a diffrence who is there, they are all the same. period. This is the worse of two evils. can the there be a worse evil. Evil is Evil.

I have never voted, I am nether a Rep, or Dem. I think that you can not get hung up on lies, I expect everyting to be lies. If it is truth you want, vote Nadar. He will be more honest than the two nitwits.

Make no mistake, I know Bush lies. All of 'em do. I'm finding this extreamly amusing watching the left try to cover for Kerry by saying "irrelivant! Irrelevant! This makes no difference!" at they same time they're spouting "Laura Bush is a liar! Look, she said GW wrote this poem!"

And if you want Nader to win, vote Nader. Even if he doesn't win, a strong block voting for him will adjust the priorities of those who do get elected. Not voting because you don't like either candidate is a cop-out. There are typically over 9 people running for president every 4 years. You're not forced to vote for one of the 2 parties. Vote green, libertarian, socialist, or American Nazi Party. You'll be sending a message to Washington, even if you don't see it yourself.

Shortly before FDR was elected, the presidential nominee for the socialist party recieved 1,000,000+ votes in the election. This was unherd of that a 3rd party candidate could gain so many votes. Now look at all of FDR's socialist reforms he set up in his first 8 years...

Can't really agree with this...

[QUOTE]SUV's have a significant environmental impact even beyond the problem of global warming. Federal law gives heavy sport utility vehicles permission to emit higher levels of toxic and noxious pollution - carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, and nitrogen oxides. Sport utility vehicles can spew 30 percent more carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons and 75 percent more nitrogen oxides than passenger cars. (13) These combustion pollutants contribute to eye and throat irritation, coughing, nausea, dizziness, fatigue, confusion and headaches. Hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides are precursors to ground level ozone, which causes asthma and lung damage. (14)

I have never voted because I didnt like the players of the game. I have never voted because, I seen early in age that there was something going on that wasnt right.

I refuse to be apart of it.
Peoples needs are not being meet. Its not new, its been around for years, Now you have a place to talk about it.

I dont want Nadar to win, I could careless. Life is too short to be play the game they want you too. I am playing the games I want to, for as long as I can.

Soon the nation will be divided. You will have to pick a side and fight, till then, I am going to do what I want.

Seems kind of funny, not necessarily in a ha-ha fashion, that lots of folks are getting all heated up over a Presidential race between Dumb and Dumber. Hmmm ... Could be the third installment of the Dumb and Dumber trilogy, Dumb and Dumber Does Dallas ... Er ... Washington.

Kerry's claim to have been favored by foriegn leaders he had met to win the presidency. CNN did a search to see if Kerry had met with any foriegn leaders during his cantidacy and could not find any instance. Unless he comes out to say who these leaders are that he met, I assume that this is a bald faced lie.

This is an assumption on your part. it could still be true and I believe it is. I would take it that foreign leaders are a bit hesitant to express their desires for presidency so as not to foul up the election and make enemies before and after if the wrong person wins.

John O'Neill (served in the same unit as John Kerry on the Navy's swift boats in the Macon River Delta region and has first-hand knowledge of events where John Kerry served) charges that Senator John Kerry betrayed the truth and lied when making sensational charges about alleged "war crimes" by American servicemen as a cyncial ploy to jump-start Kerry's election campaign for Congress. Kerry invented the charges, O'Neill believes, as a public relations stunt to run for his first election as a Congressman.

That's O'Neil's take.

In 1990, running for reelection to the Senate, he donated $1,835 to charity. After winning, he ponied up a total of $975 in the next three years.

So?

And now let's look at how close he is to the people he claims to represent:

On Nantucket Island, for a $9.1 million beachfront "cottage," technically owned by Windy Point Trust, she pays $23,552.09 a year in property taxes.

In Pittsburgh, she owns a $3.1-million home on Squaw Run Road, a name that would definitely not be tolerated if a Republican lived there. The taxes are $14,632.80.

In Georgetown, her O Street mansion is worth $4.3 million, and costs her $41,627.14 annually in D.C. property taxes.

In Boston, she purchased a palace on Beacon Hill with an assessed value of $6.4 million, and was kind enough to put her 60-year-old husband's name on the deed. Annual property taxes: $62,794.08.

In Idaho, she hobnobs with her fellow Beautiful People in the only county in Idaho to vote for Al Gore in 2000. Her rebuilt barn, "outsourced" from the U.K., is assessed at $2.7l6 million, and her annual real-estate taxes are $30,728.78.

That's close to $175,000 a year in property taxes alone, but Teresa has no cash-flow woes.

Much has been written of the senator's 42-foot Hinckley powerboat, which cost at least $800,000. Less noticed has been Teresa's much more expensive plaything - a Gulfstream V private jet. It's named the Flying Squirrel, not after Bulwinkle's pal Rocky, but after her favorite ski run in Sun Valley.

Aviation industry sources say the Flying Squirrel is worth about $35 million. It's the deluxe model .

"To charter a Gulfstream V costs $5,000 to $6,000 an hour," says one pilot. "Hers has everything - plasma TV, two bathrooms, fancy mahogany and burlwood paneling, gold-plated fixtures."

The only possible aviation upgrade, in other words, would be Air Force One. Which would certainly reduce the Widow Heinz's household expenses.

A man of the people, for the people? :shk: What a stand up guy.

When you talk about the "man of the people, who is "she."

Let me explain a litter better...

While CO2 ( Carbon Dioxide ) isn't much of a concern CO Carbon Monoxide is...

Federal law gives heavy sport utility vehicles permission to emit higher levels of toxic and noxious pollution - carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, and nitrogen oxides. Sport utility vehicles can spew 30 percent more carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons and 75 percent more nitrogen oxides than passenger cars.

www.suv.org...

SUV's are concidered to be a light truck so their emision standards are much lower than a car...

IMHO at earth day this was why Kerry was asked if he owned a SUV, and why he said no...

BTW I own a SUV and not afraid to admit it...

Puppet1: "I believe the puppet on my right shares my beliefs."
Puppet2: "Well I believe that this is an issue the puppet on the left will have to share with me"

Quit the squabling, they're all on the same team!!! They are just puppets serving the same agenda. Who controls the puppets? I'll leave that up to you, but there's one thing you'd better get used to right now. You can't trust ANY of them!!! This is all just a show for the ignorant masses, you might as well be watching Gladiators.

So you're going to take what Kerry says with blind faith? That he visited dignataries under cover of night, so no one could trace who they were? What if Bush had made the same claim, not without evidence, but evidence that supported that Bush was lying? I don't see you buying that one...

That's O'Neil's take.

And he was there, we were not.

When you talk about the "man of the people, who is "she."

"she" was supposed to be John Kerry...You can call him names if you want, but I'll continue to call him "him".

No, I am going to take it that he spoke to them on the phone and they gave him their support.

And he was there, we were not.

So was Kerry

"she" was supposed to be John Kerry...You can call him names if you want, but I'll continue to call him "him".

Now, you're lying. "She" is John Kerry's wife, heir to the Heinz fortune. "She" is not running for president so let's not include her to prop up your attacks against Kerry...decorated war veteran, Kerry.

Ahh, shoot. Good catch, Colonel, the article I got that from moved seamlessly from Kerry to his wife's finances, and I hadn't noticed. Sorry about trying to spread the enormous amount of disinformation going on out there.

As to him calling the foreign powers that be, well, believe what you will. I actually called Kerry today and he told me that he couldn't believe the American people were buying his BS...But I can't verify that in any way except to show through my phone bill that I did call Kerry's offices.

Oh, you think you're swift don't ya. Well, listen, Kerry's wife isn't out campaignin for him so she shouldn't be involved. However, Dubya wheels out his crotchety old waxfigure wife every chance he can get to espouse the virtues of Bush, hence the lying poem. So, she is fair game.

Really, then where did this come from:

jacksonville.com...

I have more, but the point needs to be made that she wants her husband to win. That way she can be the power in the white house, just like the last time we had a dem pres with a strong wife.

Cool Hand, you're forgetting, they're democrats, and therefore above and beyond these things we're confusing them with.

After all, every time we hear about a democrat doing something wrong, or lying, or waffling, or #ing an intern and then lying about it under oath, we can rest assured that it's all a vast right wing conspiracy. Democrats are all little saints. Duh!

I read the article and apparently I've been mistaken. Heinz Kerry is campaigning for him. So what. She may be campaigning but she is not running for office so her financial background should not be included.

Kerry is a war vteran with a Silver and Bronze Star and you attack him daily, yet Bush has ducked war like a coward and hasn't even been to ONE funeral of a war that HE caused over a lie. But, i guess its cool for Bush to "dress up" like a war hero.

I swear this man is retarded.

Come on, everybody, say it with me:

Double standard!

Laura Bush is open for attack now because she's running for election? Last I checked, it was her husband. "Heinz" Kerry is campaigning for him like every presidential nominee's wife has done. Oh, but wait, she's democratic, so she's faultless. Funny how I forget things like that.

Well, at least he didn't kill women, babies, and old men CIVILIANS and then come back and try and be a peacenik.

Kerry did kill many civilians in Nam, and I have posted the proof before.
