How Long Do We Wait Here Wishing...

Some here may see me as a sceptic, some may just see
me as a figure of fun. But some nights, as I sit here trawling
through the threads, I wonder.

What if a couple of years from now, we're still here coming up with
possible reasons why the Government hasn't admitted it's keeping
downed-craft from outer space?

What if we're still here waiting for disclosure or even positive
evidence of visitors?

What if a couple of years from now, we're still gawking at blurry
images from shaky cameras, or we're stripping apart an account
of a encounter with the acid remarks some of us do?

What if we're just still here?... waiting... like those who came before us?

I am not expecting any disclosure in my life, like many here. We are still interested in the subject though, so whats wrong with that.

If they ever release any info it will probably be bull anyway, we know how they work now.

nothing, just as long as people don't attack other people's belief's here, and can have a open mind. If they do debate make it civil, lets face it we don't learn or get taught unless their is a debate. Some of my greatest teacher's I debated with and they taught me the most.

unless it's some type of guilt-venting way of being a non-
religious person.

I just keep reading similar stuff each evening... 'I am an
alien, hear me' or 'my buddy works at Area 51, I'll get back to
you'... stuff like that.

I dunno what keeps me here... truly.

common sense. You have free will, filter, that stuff, this site is great man. I love the alternative news section, and I like this section too, just don't believe everything ya read here, yet respect the site for the ability for such nonsense being created. Its truly remarkable.

Full government disclosure of the subject is unlikely to say the least. But why, assuming you have some interest in the subject, should it require 'official confirmation' to be a worthwhile study?

And your question seems to be a bit slanted (understatement). There are many interesting pieces of evidence out there and you seem to lump all available evidance into one 'crap' catagory.

Whatever, (IMO) you seem to be asking the question as some passive-agressive jab at the other side.

No jab... I've seen the evidence presented here, some of it can't
be explained away, however, that doesn't mean we label it as
genuine alien proof.
A lot here aren't up on what weather can do, we don't know what
Military are doing in the night and let's be honest, some WANT it
bad!

It just tends to turn out the same way... hoax or unknown.

I have never expected any type of disclosure on this subject.

I'm here for the UFO/ET reports and scraps that do leak out. Having seen UFOs myself this subject to me is the only tangible conspiracy in my life and I'll take what little extra information I can get on it. Sure it would be nice for something big to happen, but any cursory study of this subject will show you that decades have gone by without any actual change to its status as a conspiracy. Our governments and extraterrestrials themselves seem quite capable and content on letting this subject remain the mystery that it is.

The only time I do see a change happening on this subject is if some major UFO event happens that is impossible to cover up or our civilization collapses and the secrecy apparatus of the world falls apart. Neither I see as being plausible within my lifetime. Full transparency from our governments or hoping ET takes the initiative to come out of the conspiracy closet is even less likely to me.

Let me get this straight.. you are waiting for THE GOVERNMENT to tell you THE TRUTH about human origins and reality? That's never going to happen because it isn't in their best interest. The government works for their puppet masters who work for their puppet masters, etc. Like a pyramid scheme. Now why would those at the top of the pyramid want to expose their greatest secret? They are not entirely human.

There is 'positive evidence' as you put it, but there is a lot of 'negative evidence' manufactured to create doubts. A weak mind cannot even see the thought control that goes on, but has its thoughts subtly shaped through the magic of the media. Language.
