The volcano there has not woken, But if it did..... its thought it would be a major problem and could cause a massive tidal wave that would swamp parts of the UK as well as parts of the US,

Its called Cumbre Vieja.

Its been widely hyped up though according to scientists and they don't believe it would have such a devastating effect.
