An Indonesian Air Force F-27 transport crashed into a hangar Monday outside of Bandung, killing all 24 on board. There were 17 rookie paratroopers, 1
instructor and 6 crew on board. They were attempting to land in bad weather, when the aircraft suddenly veered into a hangar holding five other
aircraft, and a helicopter.
Inside the hangar were two 737s belonging to Batavia Air, two CN-235s belonging to the manufacturer, and a CN-212-200 that suffered minor damage.
